Cultivate Staff
Kamara Willoughby
Kamara serves as the Executive Director for Cultivate CDC. She is a Columbus, Ohio native and has been dedicated to direct community service work since adolescence. A 2019 graduate of The Ohio State University, Kamara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability (EEDS) with a focus on Community Development. Since 2020, Kamara has been an integral part of the organization, working to create meaningful change in the community. Beyond professional work, Kamara is a proud mother of a terrific two-year-old daughter and values quality time with family and friends. Passionate about the outdoors, she enjoys exploring nature and finding new ways to stay engaged with the community.
Cultivate Board
Aubrey Hauter
Aubrey grew up in Illinois and graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Economics. She currently serves as Economic Development Planner at the Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) supporting the delivery of economic development resources under the U.S Economic Development Administration (EDA). She first found out about Cultivate through Veritas Community Church, where she is a member, and was immediately interested because of its community development focus. Aubrey participated in a few of Cultivate’s volunteer events through the years and is honored to have the opportunity to serve as the Cultivate board chair. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family in Illinois, bikepack, and work on house projects with her fiancé.
Caitlin Feldman
Caitlin Feldman is a seasoned public policy advocate who serves as Policy Director at Groundwork Ohio, leading statewide efforts to improve health and mental health care for Ohio’s infants, young children, and their families. She joined Cultivate out of a strong commitment to community empowerment and a belief that the best solutions emerge from local expertise and lived experience. She is dedicated to fostering local leadership and ensuring communities have the resources and support needed to thrive. Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She is an avid reader, hiker, and piano player, and she finds joy in creativity, nature, and lifelong learning.
Constance Muse
Constance is a dedicated Career Advisor at Ohio Means Jobs, a Minister, and Team Leader for the Justice Ministry at Rhema Christian Center through the B.R.E.A.D. organization. She is involved in several ministries such as caring for the caregiver, supporting new members and the bereaved. She brings experience in creativity and organizational skills, using her influence to uplift individuals and drive meaningful transformation. She is passionate about justice and workforce development. Constance is committed to advocate for caregivers, and affordable housing for the elderly, singles, and families. Constance is committed to making a meaningful impact in all communities.Constance is married, with two stepchildren, one son and six grandchildren.
Chris McConaughy
Chris leads as one of the pastors at Veritas Community Church, equipping and developing leaders, managing ministries, and providing pastoral care. Chris is deeply committed to knowing his neighbors, seeing local leaders within the community empowered, and ensuring a vibrant Milo community for all. Chris oversees all of the Mercy and Justice initiatives at Veritas Community Church, including engaging those currently experiencing homelessness, raising awareness around human trafficking and coming alongside vulnerable families through adoption, foster care, and My Village Ministries. Chris is honored to serve Cultivate as the board secretary. Chris has a wife and four young children. In his free time he loves Buckeye football, all things music, and reading.
Alena Hinkle
Alena grew up in Columbus and raised her family in Milo Grogan. By day she is a customer service specialist for a pharmacy and a home health care aid. Alena also serves as the Milo-Grogan Civic Association chair. In her spare time she enjoys cooking vegetarian meals and spending time with friends and family at restaurants, movies, and at home in Milo. She is passionate about serving others and believe service starts right at home. As a long time resident in Milo-Grogan Alena is a witness to fast changes. Serving as a Cultivate board member is a small way that Alena feels she can help her community feel heard as it grows. Alena finds her greatest joy in her eight wonderful grandchildren.
Casey Pritchard
Casey Pritchard is a dynamic business professional with an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School, specializing in finance and leadership development. As a CAP Associate at JPMorgan Chase, he navigates high-visibility projects across finance, consumer banking risk, and home lending, leveraging his expertise in risk management, financial analysis, and process automation using Python and SQL.
Casey is deeply passionate about volunteering and giving back to his community. He is actively involved in his church, where he enjoys serving others and strengthening his faith. Family is at the heart of his life, and he cherishes spending time with his loved ones, especially his nieces. In his free time, Casey enjoys basketball, music, hiking, and exploring real estate investment opportunities.
Allison Bowers
Allison has spent 15 years immersing herself in Columbus's vibrant entrepreneurial culture and thriving local business network. She co-owns Willow PR, a boutique public relations agency based in Columbus, specializing in providing PR strategies and media relations support to food, beverage, hospitality, and CPG brands. The agency is built on a personal approach, guided by the founders’ vision: collaborating with passionate people doing exciting things in their communities while fostering fulfilling and prosperous lives for Willow’s team, clients, and contractors. Allison is a single mother to an eight year old daughter. She is passionate about building community and helping other single parents thrive through community. She loves to read novels and historical fiction and enjoys barre classes, lifting weights and hiking.
Maria Lee
Maria currently works with students experiencing homelessness in the Columbus City School district and is the pastor’s wife at the Lord Jesus Christ’s Church in Milo Grogan where she serves the community in countless ways. Maria brings a deep understanding and commitment to the Milo Grogan community with her in her service on the board of Cultivate helping to keep the community top of mind when navigating annual planning conversations.
Kevin Watson
Originally from Lorain, Ohio, Kevin moved to Columbus where he attended The Ohio State University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Currently, Kevin is a Senior Project Manager at JobsOhio where he manages state level economic development projects and leads a team of six project coordinators. Kevin has been a Milo Grogan resident for the past 4 years and enjoys being involved within the community and being a part of improving the well-being of the area. He looks to use his Project Manager skill set and previous non-profit board experience to help implement new ideas and initiatives to the Milo Grogan community. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys being active through all kinds of exercise and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
